LYMPHATIC
Lymphatic Decongestive Therapy improves your lymphatic system, which is a major component of the immune system. It improves the circulation by allowing your body to release toxins and accumulated fluid, accelerating detoxification of tissues. Lymphatic therapy leads to more vitality, relief of aches and pains, and faster healing from injuries or surgeries. The treatment is done with Lymphstar Pro and provides tighter skin, fewer wrinkles, and a more vibrant complexion.
Swedish is a well-known massage technique that relaxes the entire body. Involves mild, moderate, or deeper strokes on the back, arms, legs, neck and other body parts to target tissues and muscles for maximum pain relief and stress release. It is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.
DEEP TISSUE
Deep tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).
CUPPING
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which special cups are put on your skin for a few minutes to create suction and negative pressure. It is often used to soften tight muscles and tone attachments, loosen adhesions and lift connective tissue, bring hydration and blood flow to body tissues, and drain excess fluids and toxins by opening lymphatic pathways.
